Since 2009 the practice has worked with Rochdale Boroughwide Housing to develop a series of Environmental improvement projects in housing neighbourhoods in Rochdale.
The bulk of the work focused on improvements to individual properties and blocks of flats-providing off road parking utilizing permeable SUDS compliant driveways ; improved bin stores and recycling facilities
So far 6 projects have been completed on site totaling approximately £2.2m. since 2009.
Additionally the practice has developed proposals for public realm projects on Stansfield Estate Littleborough, Holt Estate Milnrow and a neighbourhood strategy plan for Barleyfield Walk in Middleton.
